I met Slither and his great family last night as they were weaving their way through some Eastern states to get to Upstate New york.

Met Paul a few years ago when he was in transit from Miss. to Larry Bird land (Terre Haute, IN). Had a nice meal at Texas Roadhouse then some bench racing back at the house. Paul is a great guy with many questions and he over analyzes everything just like a good engineer would. He will be just like Brian (nolastyankee) and his father......when he builds a car it will be perfect and sorted out before he ever turns the key.

Hope to see him again.

Just got back home in the wee hours this morning... glad for the time change:banana:! It was a long trip, but it had some real highlights. Meeting Tony was one of them.

I have had the pleasure of meeting both Tony and Brent on their home turf, and I must say that they are both first class individuals. Both have (had) fantastic cars, and are consumate builders.

I had a great time visiting, and look forward to other outings.

But I've got to get back to crankin' through the seemingly endless analysis permutations for these cars:doh:. There is just so much cool stuff that can be done!

One of the most productive parts of the trip was learning about Tony's vision for his car [thumb]. I really like his concept, and I am planning to follow suit with mine when the time comes. Outstanding!
