This is the coolest thing I've seen in a while. Check it out.

COOL!
The way my house is designed I could put a door into my basement.
I could visit and work on my car in there. It would be like the bat cave.
I would have to remove the whole slab in the garage anyway so I might aswell make it a whole shop.[thumb]

I'd definitely have to rig a sound system to play the 007 theme song every time the thing lifted the Cobra out of the pit.

Along with the audio clip of Desmond Llewelyn ("Q") making his classic statement:

"Do try to bring it back in one piece, double-oh-seven."

Hey, I need one of those, but before I buy one I'll need to buy some scuba equipment. The water table in Florida is about 2 feet from the surface. Looks like a nice place to collect rain water. Wouldn't it be pretty difficult to work on the underside of your cars with the top being sealed? I'd be concerned about working around those scissor jacks also, just looks like an opportunity to amputate something. :-)

I think I'd rather have a regular 2- or 4-post auto lift.

That would be a cistern for your Jerry.

I would dig out the entire garage floor plus and make an underground bunker.
It would be cool.
