wiring help- start switch

I am wiring a push button start switch in the dash and cant seem to get it to work. My plan is to use a high amperage switch and no relay. Anyone know how to wire it? thanks

Are you keeping the ignition (key) switch or are going keyless?

Run a wire from the Assy side of ignition switch to your push button starter, then connect other wire to your starter solenoid. :cool:

The purple wire is already in the harness for the solenoid.
