I will be bleeding the brakes and clutch this week and I was wondering about the pedal height. Is the setup a personal preference? I know you need proper travel to engage the clutch and brake is there anything else to be considered? I will also post Pics tonight of my progress.

I would adjust them as high as you can and still have leg room, this should give you plenty of pedal travel. You are about the same height as me and I have mine adjusted fairly low.
