Knowing Rick, I'll bet the raised white letters on his BF Goodrich TAs have 5 coats of base coat clear coat.

4 weeks and counting, I just finished pulling the engine so I can polish all the aluminum;).
Wanted to get ahead of Brent on that one[^]. Need to borrow Clay's lift so I can wax the frame and all the under side of the car.The Lakewood Bellhousing is tuff, have to wax from the top and bottom:):).

If you can't find my polish I will never be able to keep up with Rick. I guess I will just have to drive it instead.

WB, you know why the hood is up.....they have to see if whats on the side matches what's under the hood. 427 Chevy.

Wes,
You asked why the hood was up. You'll notice the car is parked in front of a restaurant. I can only guess that someone was interested in eating off the motor. ;)

That is one nice ride. The competition is awful steep between Brent and Rick for the Voters choice award at the homecoming. By the way I need a little extra cash to Pay Alan in a few weeks my vote can be bought.;)

WB,
Thats a SA 427 S/O,aluminum head, solid cam motor with well over 500 dogs that can hunt. If you want Rick to "show" it to you I am sure he would.

Rick:
Just a little ribbing and poking by me:D. Most likely brought on by some deep-seated jealousy, which in turn was brought on by my father spanking me from ages 2 to 22[V].
Your car truly is magnificent . No real need to “Show Me” what the “Show Motor”
Will do[B)].

Rick I think we are going to catch hell in May. I think it is time to let it get dirty and have a Gin/Tonic.

Brent,
I think your right, I will have the Bourbon and Branch though.
I regret that I have been absent from the site lately as the Spring Turkey Season is in and I have been chasing Gobblers from Texas to Kentucky. With just a little success. Hope to have some fried turkey nuggets at homecoming.
Rick
